Cambrella Photography Contract
Payment Details
Upon electronic signature and payment, Cambrella Photography will reserve the time and date agreed upon, and will not make other reservations for that time and date. All retainers are non-refundable unless Cambrella Photography is able to fully replace the canceled reservation.
No part of any order, including previews, will be delivered until the balance is paid in full.
The entire balance is due not later than the event date. A $100.00 late fee penalty will be applied for every week payment is late.
If the balance is not paid before the event day, Cambrella Photography will perform the duties outlined in the contract for the event day, but will not be obligated to begin to work on files, albums, or products until the amount is paid in full.
For your convenience, a secure credit card link will be sent for payment. Credit card processing fees will apply.
This Contract incorporates the entire understanding of the parties and is governed by the laws of Austin/Travis County, Texas. Any modifications of this Contract must be in writing and signed by both parties.
Terms & Conditions
Cambrella Photography reserves the right to use images for advertising, display, publication, or other purposes unless contracted otherwise. Negatives & previews remain the exclusive property of Cambrella Photography.
If Cambrella Photography cannot perform the agreed-upon contract due to fire, weather conditions, an act of God, or other cause beyond the control of both parties, or due to Photographer’s illness or emergency, then the Photographer shall return the deposit to the Client but shall have no further liability with respect to the Contract. This limitation on liability shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera or other media malfunction, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the Photographer. In the event Cambrella Photography fails to perform for any other reason, Cambrella Photography shall not be liable for any amount in excess of all monies paid.
A minimum of a twenty-minute break must be provided for every four hours of photography coverage.
A meal must be provided for every 6+ hours of photography coverage or an hour break so that the Photographer may purchase one. The photographer(s) needs to be served with the first round of guests in order to be ready for the next phases of the event.
The charges in this Contract are based on Cambrella Photography's current pricing structure. Pricing is adjusted periodically and future orders shall be charged at the prices in effect at the time when the order is placed.
Client is aware that color dyes in photography may fade or discolor over time due to the inherent qualities of dyes, and Client release Cambrella Photography from any liability for any claims whatsoever based upon fading or discoloration due to such inherent qualities.
NOTICE OF COPYRIGHT: It is ILLEGAL to copy or reproduce photographs or videos elsewhere without Cambrella Photography written permission, and violators of this Federal Law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties.
Copyright & Coverage
Clients are welcome to order prints directly from their PASS gallery without written consent from Cambrella Photography.
Photos shared by the Client on social media may not be altered or edited in any way. We kindly request photo credit with Cambrella Photography’s name OR a tag to Cambrella Photography’s Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter handle.
Every reasonable effort is made to produce stunning images that illustrate the event through photographs. However, it is understood that not every moment or request can always be captured due to time restrictions, location restrictions, weather, guest interference, etc. Cambrella Photography is not liable for any missed moments.
